Paddy Gannon agreed to act as Safety Officer on site Pat O’Leary to make arrangements to review H&S for TCN and contractors on site biweekly. Follow up meeting to be arranged for Tuesday 5th Feb with McKennas and Vincent Doherty to agree co-ordination for M&E works with builders program. Restoration of 16No. 1900c radiators by Wilsons to be distributed in building as follows;R114, 101,102,121,113,112 & R111 on the Ground Floor, (16 sections, approx 51”x38”) R201 & R202 on the First Floor (14 sections, approx size 41”x38”) R206 & R214 in hall on First Floor (12 sections, approx size, 36”x38”) R211, 210, 209, 208, & R207 in the Library Room (14 sections, approx 41”x38”) • Plant room to have studwork re-enforced by plywood on outer wall facing Gardiner Street. • Suspended ceiling in plant room to be positioned 60mm from beams and beams to be enclosed, maximise head height in plant room to be retained. • Remaining steel piping and boiler sections to be removed by McKennas • Dervans to provide detail for damper in Plant room for McKennas • McKennas to ensure the sub-contractor for under floor heating and installation of solar panels is approved by SEI so TCN can apply for grant. • Doors were ordered from Tracey joinery by Don, finished have been agreed. • Lucianno due to begin work on ceiling of auditorium on 4/2/08, method statements to be provided.
